Recruiting presentations that result in hits

You entered the external recruiting profession because you really wanted to make a difference and change the lives of the people you represent and in order to do that you have to get very comfortable making recruiting presentations because an individual can sense if you're comfortable in what you're doing and confident that you can truly represent their needs, and so what I want to outline are recruiting presentations that actually result in hits, result in people saying. "Yes, I'm going to send you my resume. "I'm going to send you my CV." You've got to keep the following facts in mind when you're making recruiting calls.

Number one, something of major significance has to be going on at their current company that's going to entice them to make a change because making a job change is a major life-changing event in their life. They're not only going to make a change for money. In fact, most people changing their jobs did not leave their company, they left their manager. Most people quit a person, not necessarily.
