Logging in to Adobe Social
- After your Adobe rep has set up your account, you'll receive an email with login instructions. In this video, I'll take you through the steps for logging in successfully. The welcome email you receive from Adobe will ask you to sign into Adobe Social via Adobe Marketing Cloud using your web browser. To go directly to Adobe Social, go to social.omniture.com. You can also access the Adobe Marketing Cloud at this URL, marketing.adobe.com. When your account was set up, you should have received your username and a temporary password from your account rep. You can use that to log in.
You'll also want to include your company name right here, and, as you can see, my login information is saved, so I'm going to click Sign In. The first time that you log into Adobe Social, you'll be prompted to change your password. Because this isn't my first time logging in, I don't have that prompt, but just be aware that you'll probably see that when you log in. You'll also see a prompt on the screen that will walk you through the tool. Again, this isn't on my screen, but I just wanted you to be aware that these are a few things that you might see when you first log in.
