Coming out of the box
Thinking out of the box is a metaphor that means to think differently, unconventionally, or from a new perspective. This phrase often refers to novel or creative thinking.
• Stretch yourself : come out of the comfort zone and Be willing to move into the challenge zone.
• Listen carefully, but the decision should always be yours.
• Be a visualizer and an actualize. if you can visualize something,you can see exactly how to make it happen.
• Take the initiative: we cannot do every think but we can certainly do something. We should not fall to do that something, which we can do.
• Be responsive to change: it is not the strongest of the species, that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one that is most responsive to change.
• Invent yourself: you are your own raw-material.you is your own sculptor. When you know what you consist of and what you want to make of it, then you can invent yourself.
• Stepping out comfort zone means:
• Challenges outside your skills.
• Activities outside your personality.
• Experiments that question your beliefs.
What are the benefits?
• Growth: You'll improve as a person stepping in to the unknown teaches you, gives you new life experiences and tests you.
• Pride: Even if your experience is a complete failure, it feels good to overcome your fears.
• Adventure: you may found that success rate with new ideas are unusually high. Once you push through the initial fears you might find something you love.
• Escape Boredom: at least it can never be boring. you can inject a lot more enthusiasm in to your life.
• Reinvent yourself : when you change your thinking you change your beliefs', expectation, attitude, behavior, performance, life.
Discipline- Practice yourself to do things that your emotions and body want to avoid.
Find a safety net-Bring along a person who will be supportive of you.
Open mind- what you are doing right now is an adventure. You will find a lot more opportunities for exploration.
Find your strength, now do the opposite-people have different talents but don't let that limit the experiences you can have.
Break it down-don't try to tackle your biggest fears all at once. pick a decision and try it out.
