Title: 60 Questions to Ask in a Job Interview
Post by: hasanuzzaman.cdc on August 12, 2020, 02:16:22 PM
Wondering what questions to ask in a job interview? Virtually every job interview concludes with the question posed to the candidate, "Do you have any questions"?

It is important for you to go into each interview with a list of questions in mind that you know you will want answered. Many of these answers will come throughout the course of the interview, but when you are given the chance to ask questions, take advantage of the opportunity.

Be sure you ask questions that are meaningful to you. Now is your chance to get some additional clarity and insights as to whether or not this position and company are the right fit for you. You should ask from three to five questions at the end of the interview—less than three appears that you aren't interested or lazy, and more than five can become overbearing.

If you need to, jot down the questions that you really want answered before you go into the interview, then when you are asked you can refer to your notes if you need to.

Here are a few ideas:

Interview Questions to Ask About the Position

What is the history of this position?

Ask This About Training and Development

Interview Questions to Ask About the Manager/Interviewer

Ask This About the Team/Department

Interview Questions to Ask About the Company

Ask This About Next Steps

(This is one of my favorite questions to ask in a job interview because it gives you the opportunity to address any concerns that may have been raised during the interview.)

These are just a few ideas of questions to ask in a job interview. Remember that the interviewer wants and expects you to ask questions so be sure to ask the ones that are the most meaningful to you.
