The Trainer: AKM Nasim, is an Advocate practicing Labour and Industrial law for over 26 years in the Labour Courts, Labour Appellate Tribunal and High Court. His clients include banks- BRAC, DBL, City, Islami, Eastern, Trust, and Unilever, Holcim Cement, Nestle, Dhaka Match Industries, etc. He is resource person for ILO and part-time faculty in University and Sr. Legal Counsellor at the Solidarity Centre. Mr. Nasim focuses his practice exclusively in the areas of labour, industrial and employment law. He provides proactive counselling in all areas of employment and labour management law.
