Thinking about your career options is not an overnight venture. If you want to develop confidence in moving forward in your career, it's important to schedule the time to focus on your needs. Look at your calendar and set some time aside in which you'll be able to work uninterrupted. You'll want time not only for watching, but also for reflection, taking assessments, and getting feedback.
