Improve the overall candidate experience

I want you to think for a moment about all the candidates that you've interviewed in the past six months. And then ask yourself, what percentage of the candidates did you actually place or hire? More importantly, what impression did you make on the candidates who were not hired? Technology has changed the way candidates communicate before, during and after their interview experience with you. It is because of technology that online reputation management is really critical to your ability to attract the top talent you will need not only now but in the future.

See, a positive online reputation will provide you with increased referrals and your company's ability to be perceived as an employer of choice. Unfortunately though, it's the candidates who are not hired or unsatisfied with their interview experience who are much more inclined to voice their dissatisfaction online. These negative postings can result in the following: reduced referrals of future candidates, loss of potential future customers of your company.
