Life as we know it is a series of successes and failures. In all forms and on all platforms, failure is a predecessor and most of the times a pre-requisite for success. People generally feel dejected and lost after failing at some avenue or some point in life. So first of all let us decode what failure is after all, since so many people seem to be affected by it. FAILURE, or the act of failing, is an attempt at which you don't succeed, isn't it? Now if you shot an arrow and it missed it the mark, it's OK. It happens to all of us. No one is God after all. So, it missed the mark and you have to do it all over again, but that is what you do in life, right? You work. And then if you fail you work harder. So, don't worry if you failed, me and my colleagues here at Sarkarilife are sure that you will rise from the ashes like a phoenix. And we will help you get back up on your feet.

1.  Mourn:
Sad PuppiesYes, you heard me right. Do that. Because it is OK to feel sad. Because no feeling is better kept under the pressure of your chest, it is always better to release it. Give vent to your emotion. Do not stop yourself from being you. Whatever is it that soothes you and makes you able to express yourself, do that. No one will judge you for it. If you want to cry, shed a few tears (even if you feel too manly about it). If you find comfort in talking to a friend, go find your best friend. If you want to take Mr. Blanky and just hold him tight, hold him and never let him go. Just do not with hold your emotions. Remember, the first step for redemption is Acceptance. And this is what we are doing here. Express yourself but do not become overly weepy or become depressive. And to protect you from that let's just put a tab on how much you can feel sorry. You can at most mourn for 1 day and zero seconds at minimum.

2.  Get out of your study zone:
take a vacation to deal with failure

Take a short vacation or go to your native place and meet your family if you stay somewhere else. There is no soothing a balm in the world than your parents. Because whatever happens they will always love you and will always support your endeavours. But in short, just go somewhere else other than the place where you worked for the examination. This will ease up the healing process and unwind you from all things related to your exam.

3.  Treat yourself:

If you are not able to go to a vacation due to any reason, don't worry. We still have a solution for you. Since all we need to do is get you away from that study place of yours, close that room of yours and do not wander in there until absolutely necessary. Also, go out when you get free time from your schedule. Stop eating at home for a while. Eat and party outside with friends. Go to lunches and movies or do whatever you find amusing. Have a sweet tooth, frequent a bakery. Wanted to learn a programming language, start a course. Wanted to read, find the nearest public library. Do anything except studying or thinking about your preparations. And the best part is: There is no restriction of time on this rule. Keep having fun until one night in bed you realize that you are completely free of that miserly feeling. Until that time don't stop yourself because you had worked hard for the examination.

4.  Wait for realization:

No one said healing would be quick. But if you followed the above three points by heart than, realization would dawn sooner on you. There will come a time when your sadness would have saturated and after feeling that you are not paying heed to it anymore, it would leave you alone. And that is the time when you will start believing in things again. That will be the time when colors will start re appearing in your life. And that is when, the healing process is in the penultimate stage.

5.  Pick yourself up, Dust yourself off and grind again:

Now that all the sadness of te previous failure is gone, it is time to open up that room again where you studied. It is time to start all over again. Remove everything that reminds you of your last lack of luck and buy every possible item anew. Use newly bought stationary, a new schedule with inputs from your previous self and start giving in your 100% all over again because:

"Failure is never final and Success is never ending."
