Obesity
All of us love to have a well-built bodies, or at least not to be obese, and we have the right to think like that ,because obesity is not just a cosmetic concern, it's also a risk for some health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes and the high blood pressure and others.

what is obesity?
obesity is that ,one have high amount of fat in his body, from that definition we can notice that obesity is not about more weight, it's about more fat. To understand this you may weight more because you are tall. and this is normal.
if we want to know ,anyone obese or not, then use this formula :
BMI= weight (Kgm) / Ht2(m2)

BMI   Classification
<18.5   underweight
18.5-24.9   normal weight
25-29.9   over weight
30-34.9   class 1 obesity
35-39.9   class 11 obesity
>40           class 111 obesity



What are the causes of obesity?
Inactivity: without activity you don't burn as much calories. and you need to have more exercise to burn the excessive calories.

Diet: Some bad eating habits like high calories diets epically in the night, skipping a healthy breakfast and by junk food.

Pregnancy: some women after the baby is born have an increasing in their weight.

Lack of sleep: This cause disturbances in the body hormones  and increase the appetite.

Drugs: some medications lead the body to gain more weight ,these drugs include, diabetes medication, steroids and beta blockers, anti-seizure medication, anti-psychotic medications and antidepressants drugs.

genetics: genes affect the amount of body fat we story and where to store.

What are the complications of obesity?

•   Heart disease.

•   Poor wound healing.

Threatment
the healthy weight is the main goal for obesity treatment .and we can reach that by making a good treatment plan with doctor.
This plan includes.
•   Eat colorful vegetable and fruits.
•   Drinking green tea.
•   Eat dark chocolate.
•   Regular exercise.
•   Drink at least 4 liters of water every day.
•   Maintain a healthy BMI ratio.
