Co-sharing Business Venture Model (CBV Model) also shorten as Rocket Model  can be implemented to develop entrepreneurs' community or platform in exchange for mutually non-inevitable co-operative labor or service. Rabius Shams, inventor of this model, an entrepreneurial journalist and CEO of Ra'dia Inc., talked with Eduvista about how the Rocket Model could be implemented and how it works for the improvement of entrepreneurs' community or platform. The words were taken by our correspondent Nasimul Islam.
We have to rely on each other by nature. Human life generally depends on each other from birth to old age. Same things happen to every venture or business which cannot see success without the help of others. It is natural that entrepreneurs will communicate with different classes of people for their production, marketing, service, trade license, bank account etc. As of a simple example, you, suppose, are an author and want to publish a book. First of all, you have to contact a publisher. If you choose the self-publishing path, in that case, a computer designer to design the layout and make a plot for printing your book is required. Then, you need pressman for printing the book and others for binding. Finally, books will be distributed to the different book stalls and libraries for readers. Here the labor and service of different people are the reflections of the term 'Mutually Inevitable Co-operative Labor or Service.' But if the author wishes to arrange a book publishing ceremony or if the book review is publishes in various media outlets, it will be treated as
'Non-Inevitable Co-operative Labor or Service'. Here the concept of 'Inevitable Co-operative Labor or Service' will be used for entrepreneurship development in a community or platform.
Entrepreneurs' initiatives should be up-to-date with rapid technological development for understanding the competitive market and getting the right indications.  Following the process, they can enrich broad knowledge about different types of strategies in sales and marketing. The key point is trying to understand the process from time to time for new and young entrepreneurs as they have short knowledge of entrepreneurship development. Besides, they can get a lot of opportunities to participate in seminars and workshops for practicing.
Rabius Shams noted that 'Syndicate' is treated as a negative word in our country but many experienced entrepreneurs have reached the peak of success applying the strategy where it is so tough for small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs). He said SMEs can follow various business models alternatively, and Co-sharing Business Venture Model is a substitute strategy for them in order to reach the highest success quickly. He also elaborately described the implementation of this model which is described here.
In this strategy, owners of similar sectors can buy and sell their products or services with a short profit by increasing their business portfolio. For example, 'Chakuri Khujbo Na Chakuri Dibo' or 'Entrepreneurs Club of Bangladesh (E-Club)' are popular groups in our country who organize fairs, workshops and award ceremony to provide practical assistance in product development and capital formation for their members.
Rocket Model can play an effective role by indicating proper searching of trusted partners. Members are able to know the business activities in the digital presence and social media with proper advice. They get knowledge on leaflet, trade license, bank account, tax and vat related paperwork, website, portfolio, profile etc. A counseling body will monitor all activities with a prepared member directory and working checklist.

Benefits of Rocket Model:
1. Exchange of technology, product and service.
2. Increasing intercommunication.
3. Accept of quality based technology, product and service with trusted and fast sources.
4. Business launch with zero advertising cost.
5. Establishing a strong network in a particular community or platform.
6. Cooperation among members of community or platform.
Seven steps (see the model) should be followed for effectively implementing the Rocket Model. In the first step, the community or platform must be formed with like-minded entrepreneurs. Secondly, there should have diversity among the selected products or services. There must have some trusted partners where the counseling body advised them. In the next step, there will have a system to sell products and services among the trusted partners with suitable rate and short profit. Then trusted partners can automatically accelerate their portfolio.
He also added that there was an exchange system in past where people exchanged their products or services. This competitive market reflects the exchange of products or services through a monetary transaction. Rocket Model also shows the path of monetary transaction and sells products or services among the concerned community or platform.  The inventor of the Rocket Model, Rabius Shams, believes that it will be helpful for new and young entrepreneurs by promoting their products to others and accelerate business quickly through engaging in a entrepreneurs' community or platform.
