What a dating coach can teach you about job searching

Job searching and dating have a lot more in common than you might think.

To start, first dates can feel like interviews (and vice versa), there's a lot of "waiting for the phone to ring"—as well as having to handle rejection.

With that in mind, we invited love and relationship expert Dr. Jane Greer to share her advice for staying confident, handling rejection, and ultimately finding "the one"—and this advice works for your love life and your career life.

Also, we talked with several couples who admit to having a work spouse—a 9-to-5 husband or wife they're not actually married to—so we could hear the perks and pitfalls of getting so close to someone at work.  Hint: you don't always live "happily ever after."
