- Most of us have a to do list that is too long to ever complete. How do you know what items on your list are the most important? What should you do first? And, how can you keep track of the ever growing number of tasks? The right tools for keeping track of your lists are essential to your success. I'm Suzanna Kaye, professional organizer and productivity trainer, and I'd like to welcome you to Managing To Do Lists.
